Guess is a very popular brand name for jeans. However, Guess had also created its share of accessories in its time, such as purses, handbags, and watches. This company has changed and expanded quite a bit since it was founded.

Guess probably has one of the most memorable designer logos, which is of a triangle that contains the word “Guess” in the inside with a huge question mark below it. This particular label also owns the Marciano clothing name. The Guess Label was founded by Georges, Armand, Paul, and Maurice Marciano-four brothers in 1981.

The Popularity Of Guess Fashion

Guess was a label that was especially popular throughout the 1980s as well as the early 1990s. One of their earliest designs of jeans included the three-zipper “Marilyn” line of Jeans.

Guess clothing was modeled by several models during its industry height. For instance, Beau Garrett, Bridget Hall, Paris Hilton, and Anna Nicole Smith all wore Guess styles.

In later years, guess also made clothing for children, and men often wore this company label’s jeans. This company still continues to grow strong, and still produces clothing for people of all ages.

Guess Watches

Guess also works hard to produce quality accessories as well, and as of 2007 they have produced a new line of watches. The idea behind presenting these new lines of timepieces to the public is to provide more attractive styles and colors than some of the previous models of watches-which by most people’s standards were already of top quality.

New Guess watches as of 2007 now have gold, silver, and diamonds in the construction of them. Furthermore, these new watches are reported by one source as being all Swiss made. Thus, these watches cost more than others and are intended to be sold to a higher end customer.

Other New Guess Accessories

Besides creating new watches for both men and women, this company has created other new lines of accessories. For instance, this company has created a clutch called the Ginger snake slim clutch, which is made with a fairly large studded silvertone “G” logo charm on the front. This purse has a magnetic closure.

A similar item of the one above is the checkbook clutch, made in very much the same way with only a few minor differences such as the fact that the main color of it is brown instead of white like the one above. This particular one also comes in what appears in one photo to be of a black color.
